url_for() stil buggy

When your in your root url, there is no ending ? or
index.php in your url: url_for() produces
malformed urls with no ? or index.php
between the base_path and the path... resulting a 404 error...
Needs to provide a base_path() function (or
something like that) to be ok with paths and urls in many
cases:
- with or without url rewriting
- in a subdirectory or directly in the DOCUMENT_ROOT
- at the root app path '/'
- with
/?/my_path - with
/index.php/my_path - with
/index.php?/my_path - with
/?/my_path - with
/?uri=/my_path - with
/?u=/my_path - …
