render_file() send wrong Content-type header

render_file() send a malformed Content-type header when it serves text files

Can be fixed by replacing:

    if(file_is_text($filename)) $header .= 'charset='.strtolower(option('encoding'));

with

    if(file_is_text($filename)) $header .= '; charset='.strtolower(option('encoding'));
