Unable to use hash with url_for / redirect_to

This might be a problem if you want to pass a hash location in
your url. This is due by the fact we use
rawurlencode() function that converts '#'
in '%23'
This can be fixed by replacing this line in
url_for()
if(!empty($v)) $paths[] = rawurlencode($v);
with
if(!empty($v)) $paths[] = str_replace('%23', '#', rawurlencode($v));
