stop_and_exit() send blank page

stop_and_exit() send blank page
'hello world' example does not work well. I open example01 top,
and I expect "hello world" string.
But it show blank page.
I confused server status send "200 OK".
*** httpd_access_log "GET /example01/ HTTP/1.1" 200

I tried to add 'exit()' somewhere in run().
It is work well when I add 'exit()' before 'ob_end_clean()' in stop_and_exit()."hello world" in example01, "welcome bill" in example02.
I don't know whether to relate. sorry
